DON'T WATER! This may look scary and May the Fourth be with you! But, the bulbs shrivelling on your Catasetinae as your new growth(s) develop is normal. The focus now is fully on the new growth of your Catasetinae, even if you see your once shiny and plump bulbs starting to shrivel! WAIT with the watering! Even if you do not repot your Catasetinae every year, and have roots in the pot... hold of for as long as possible! You may sacrifice the back bulbs of your Catasetum, but that is normal! They are also focussing on the new growth, so that is what we also need to be doing. Focus on the needs of the new growth of your Catasetum, and the rest will take care of itself! #Maythefourthbewithyou
