Ron Hammond is the author of the newly released book Live Your Humanity, published in January, 2022. He spent the first 25 years of his career supporting Corporate Finance functions and leading Finance teams within the Information Technology Sector, and is now focusing his efforts on writing about human connection.

He wrote Live Your Humanity because he took notice of the negative ways that people are interacting with one another today and how the adverse effects of those interactions impact meaning and connection in life. Live Your Humanity explores human values such as love, compassion, kindness and integrity, and details how activating those values for yourself is a reliable way to develop and maintain meaning and connection in your life.

Born and raised in Virginia, Ron now lives in Denver, Colorado where he enjoys hiking, biking and skiing in his free time.
