Comparing Barrel Contour for 300 PRC

This is a comparison review about 2 different contours of the 300 PRC barrels. The tan barrel in the video is an Accuracy International barrel bought from Mile High Shooting that is 26", 1/8 twist and is the AI contour. That barrel was on their website and not a custom barrel. The stainless steel barrel is custom from Southern Precision rifles and is 27", 1/9 twist and is a Heavy Varmint Contour. The Heavy Varmint contour is great for keeping the recoil down due to the added weight.
