What is this? Pop open a beer or pour yourself a large glass of wine, sit back, relax and open your mind. Only you have the power to break free from this mental prison that has been built up around your mind.

It’s up to you to take control of your own mind to build up the awareness to make yourself impervious to psychological manipulation. You can do this. It takes times. It takes practices. But it is totally doable.
