This is my first cooking video. In April I founded Weare Pink, a local ladies' group in Weare, NH. We get together once a month. It's not political and we focus on fun and friendship. This is a potluck that I hosted at my house where I showed how to prepare and make Chinese Spring Rolls.

Here's the list of ingredients used in the video:
1/4 head of cabbage, cut into inch-long, 1/4 inch wide shreds
2 carrots sticks, cut into inch-long, 1/8 inch thick shreds
1 pound ground pork
1 pck. 12oz green bean sprouts
Canola oil
salt
fresh ginger
1 green union
