🌺There are somethings in South Florida and other areas of the world we can grow from what we have purchased at the grocery store/market/or even were given by another gardener.
🌺Not all are what we would consider “seeds” either. In this video I am showing you how I am growing my own Ginger from the rhizomes I purchased at my local market.
🌺I will show what I am trying at my home so you can try them too. Some of you in cooler climates can grow some of these indoors too you just need warm soil and the proper sun or grow lights to make it happen.
🌺Ginger has many culinary uses and is said to help with inflammation in our bodies and the tea and other consumables from ginger has been used to help with nausea, but I am no doctor and that is not medical advice! 🌺God Bless🌺
