Ukraine changes its mind on NATO inclusion...and other Ukraine updates

Ukraine has decided to flip again on its NATO inclusion by saying it “has not abandoned” its intention to join NATO. US weapons land in Poland to be transported into Ukraine. Fighting starts up again at Azovstol steel plant after 100 civilians were able to be evacuated.
