Uncanny Xmen + Black Bolt vs MarauderTron. Admittedly this is one of the stranger matchups I've ever taken in. Sinister's ability to clone isn't countered by anyone on my side and I'm bringing in not one but two legendary toons for him to clone. The thing is, Black Bolt will counter Ultron, which needs to happen fast. Phoenix can strip the debuffs implemented and spread by the Emmarauders and soak them all up herself. Take out Ultron, then the clone - in that order. Once we're there, the rest is pretty doable.
