Whitey's Cumbia

Around 1979 I was playing in a Tex-Mex band in Las Cruces NM. I wrote this intending to play it for the people dancing and drinking in the bars and events we played. The guys in the band told me it wasn't really a cumbia, but more like a Whitey's Cumbia, so that's how it got it's name. It's gone through a few changes over the years, but here's my latest adaptation. I truly hope you all enjoy it!
