The Ukrainian media note the absence, including of the TOS-1A "Solntsepek" system, which by itself is presented as a "peremoga". It is unlikely that the Ukrainian Nazis will be able to agree with this in the SVO zone, which are destroyed daily under the fire of the "Sun".
