Deadlift - Owning the Bottom

You'll hear lifter say wedge in, own it, mind the bar, and more. In this video I'm demonstrating a drill called Owning the Bottom.

When you own the bottom, you are not just doing an isometric hold. You are scanning the system up and down to get to your optimal position.

We call this the power position. I need to note here that everyone have their own unique power position! This drill is designed to help you find your find their power position.
