She is an award-winning actress and filmmaker Lourdes Lavoy got her big break in Hollywood after auditioning for a CBS Casting Director. Impressed with her work, she sent Lourdes to audition for the role of Anna Rodriguez on the hit TV series Without a Trace. Lourdes landed the role and was given an exclusive holding deal. Lourdes was on the ballots to be considered a nominee for an Emmy Award for her guest-starring role on the hit TV series "Without A Trace." She was a host on the "Movie Time Showcase" She received several awards for her career as a filmmaker and actress.

Since her battle with cancer 12 years ago, Lourdes and Chris have made it their mission to become health advocates helping many overcome their illness through diet.
Lourdes and Chris decided to do talks that would be life-changing with their platform focused around Choice, creating “OPTION C “ from a body, mind, and spirit perspective. They speak to and help people worldwide who reach out to them for advice and inspiration and not just health but in conquering life in general.
