06-24-21, Rural Southern Illinois farm. Join me in today's mission Part 1 of 2 as I install a new 12" double wall plastic culvert pipe in a ditch line next to a roadway that has been getting a lot of water erosion on my friend Mark's Southern Illinois farm. There are 2 parts because there were several other small tasks that I did in conjunction with the culvert pipe, so all of those things will be wrapped up on part 2 as well as a real time look during some heavy rains to see how the culvert pipe is or is not working! I am using my new bobcat e42 R series, aka bobcat R-2 series, mini excavator for this task. I think that you will find this video very interesting, and if you enjoy it please hit the like button and share it for us, we really would appreciate that! Stay tuned for PART 2, the completion of this project and to see a follow up shot after some heavy rains in our area of Southern Illinois for a real life test.
