Join us today for a fun road trip and investment property rehab assessment as we take a tour of potentially our next rehab property project in Southern Illinois. In todays episode we will check out PART 2 of a nice 38 acre property located in Southern Illinois to do a complete property investment assessment to determine if this property is a good candidate for us to purchase to do a full property rehab and try to do a property flip on this land or not. In today's episode, we'll take a tour of the 38 acre property and bring you Part 2 of this new mini series. We will cover the Second half of the property tour today and get a sneak peek of the abandoned home and barns on this property to start making our decision on whether we will purchase this property for our next property rehab project or not. In today's episode we'll join my friend Justin Mason, from Whitetail properties for a 'pre listing' tour of this great piece of land.
