Rain continues overnight into Tuesday morning

We will not have severe weather, but rain moves in overnight with lows in the low 40s. Tuesday is rainy and gusty with temps in the low to mid 40s. With NE winds gusting over 35 mph, wind chills are in the 30s all day. We could see another half inch of rain by late Tuesday afternoon.
