Raw land investing in Illinois land! Today's episode is critical project whenever you buy land! Join me and my buddy Phil as we tackle installing gates and barbed wire fencing as well as closing off open spots where people could drive an ATV or side by side in to the property. It is critical that when you buy property that you close off any vehicular access as soon as possible! Most people are lazy. Therefore, as far as trespassers go, if you eliminate any open trail into your property it is likely that you will stop any future trespassing, or at least any vehicular access! If someone wanted to hike in on foot, through thick jungles of brush, steep hills and ridges and rough terrain, you simply wont' stop that. But if you close off ATV access, you will most likely end any 'modern day' trespassers! Today we'll also get some use out of my new/used Polaris Sportsman 850 premium ATV. I had planned on taking a nice trail ride after working today, but it was so hot, and I had soaked my t shirt and pants with sweat, that I was just too tired to do a trail ride today, but I hope to do that in the very near future! And after today I'll have to open the new gates just to get in to the property! Thanks for joining us today and as always if you enjoy this video please hit the like button and share it to help us continue to increase our YouTube channel family, we greatly appreciate that.
