In today's episode #10 join me in my Bobcat e42 R-2 series mini excavator as I do some grading of the rough ground and deep holes to create a new parking lot/parking area for us to be able to bring in a truck and trailer and have some year round parking for this Illinois hunting land. And of course stay tuned to the end and you'll see what happens when you DON'T have a nice parking area to park in with a truck and equipment trailer! Stay tuned for that future episode and see if I was able to recover from my truck and trailer and mini excavator sinking and sliding off of the gravel road bed and being wedged in against a big tree. Even though this farm is almost 39 acres, the way the terrain lays out, it really lays out very big! And of course it is surrounded by Shawnee National forest on 3 sides, that is very steep and remote and very hard to access! After I left for the day the 3 inch clean gravel/stone was delivered so we will be back out there tomorrow to continue the property rehab work.
