EP #1 - 38 Acre Southern Illinois Investment Property. Exploring abandoned Barn with Sharon. This is the first in a new series of many adventures and videos as we take an overgrown rural wooded property with rolling hills and abandoned buildings and turn it into a successful wildlife habitat for many years of enjoyment.

In this first episode I clear paths around the abandoned house and barns so Sharon can do what she loves - picking and exploring barns. With the 6 foot grass removed she begins to uncover some interesting farm items.

Many more videos to come as we transform this property including bush hogging, skid steer work, tractor work, food plots, wildlife management, wildlife ponds, excavator demolition, establishing trail systems, creek crossing bridge construction, new cabin construction and those are just the things we know of today!
