EPISODE #2 of what will undoubtedly be a very fun, challenging and educational series of our latest raw land investing/land management/property improvement project! In today's episode #2 Sharon and I will take a nice road trip together on Labor Day for some R and R as well as to get some preliminary land clearing and work done on our new 38 acre investment property, even though we don't officially own it yet! But the closing is scheduled for tomorrow evening, 09/08/21 so we are taking a calculated risk at getting a head start on this land management and property rehab project a little early! In today's episode we'll do an adventure day farm vlog so you can tag along with us on this first journey that we are taking together to our new property! Of course, right away on Day #1 I had a pucker moment with the Bobcat T650 CTL skid steer when I started bush hogging around the barn and found out real fast that there are some VERY steep hillsides and blind washouts and terrain changes! I thought I was going to turn over the Bobcat skid steer! Join us for the fun and success of Day number on on this property investing series!
