DONBASS I'M ALIVE! - How Your City (USA) might look in 5 -20 years

In the current geopolitical climate that we are in i would say that its not a far stretch to say its very possible that the USA town you live in could look like these in as little as 5-20 years. I pray that it doesn't of course. But if it does What items do you purchase in preparation, and that you are able to maintain possession of for just such a time. When the entire city has been bombed, ransacked, looted and all the people have gone underground (in hiding) what would be most useful to have when EVERYTHING you cant carry in one or two armfuls is gone. Do you have elderly family members? if yes what will their urgent needs be in this exact situation? even if none are wounded by the battle they will undoubtedly require your attention and efforts.
