Taking down a gnarly tree with a bobcat e42 r-2 series

In today's episode of this mini series I come across a very unique tree that has many tentacles and is dug in like an Alabama tick! Join me in the cab of my Bobcat e42 R-2 series mini excavator to see if I can break this challenge and pull this tree out of the ground, with all of it's tentacles in different directions, without dropping it on my bobcat mini excavator and without damaging my machine! This was a one of a kind tree removal project as this was a large tree years ago, and then at some point it got blown over. But some of the roots stayed in the ground, so new tree tentacles started growing upwards, towards the sky from the original tree base that was now laying flat on the ground! I did not realize this 'release the Kraken' tree situation until I got the brush and other trees cleared from around this one as it was thoroughly buried in some pretty nasty brush. So Join me for some fun in the cab and another land management mini success from our Southern Illinois property! Thanks for joining me today with tackling this Medusa like tree that at some point got blown over, but the roots stayed intact and about a half dozen new tree shoots came up sideways out of the downed tree base!
