Join us in field for a near live Kapper deer vlog, Illinois archery, coming at you from our Southern Illinois hunting land & home farm that we live on. In today's Kapper deer vlog #2 my son Alan, and his buddy Justin made a 20-some hour drive for their first ever Illinois archery deer trip down to our Southern Illinois farm for some archery action. Today is the very first time anyone has hunted our Illinois farm for the Illinois archery 2021 season. First, I'll take out my Ravin R20 and make sure it is performing as it should, after getting some new Ravin crossbow bolts that are .001" tolerance. The boys will do a little archery shooting and scour hundreds of trail cam pictures and trail cam videos to see what kind of bucks have been hanging out on our land lately! And of course.. BAD LUCK strikes right in the nick of time!! As we were heading out to pull trail cam cards, and for me to give the boys a tour of our 149 acre Southern Illinois farm, my electric UTV quit!! And then it started raining on us!! Ugghh... Join us for today's Kapper deer vlog to see how this all panned out, to check out some great Illinois bucks that we've got on trail cameras, some fun and a near live update from both of the boys as they are on stand right now!
