We're selling our 38 Acre Southern Illinois Investment Property & here's why

Will this be the last episode of this playlist series of the 38 acre Southern Illinois investment property? In today's episode I'll give an up to the minute update on this Southern Illinois investment property, and lay out the reasons why we decided to sell this property after only a few months. We had a lot of plans for this beautiful property, but as you will see in the video episode, life can change very quickly and can be very dynamic and fluid, and if you want to be successful you have to be ready to improvise, adapt and roll with the punches as they come! As part of our new life and investment strategy we will be selling our Kentucky farmhouse rehab project and 11 acres, but I will post a separate video on that very soon.
