Monday Illinois land investing/deer hunting/land improvement evening VLOG!

Monday, Nov 15, 2021. Join us for an escape from the office cubicles, or from the Monday work grind, or from whatever may trouble you on a Monday in these modern times! Escape for a few minutes with us to see what we have been up to lately from the land management aspect, the land investing aspect, some deer hunting success, land clearing, food plotting, and much more. We have been busy lately, but we wanted you to be able to take a short break from your 40 hour work reality to join us on our country living and living the dream reality so that you can tag along and see what we have been up to and some new video projects that will be coming out soon that you can also join us with! Today is a Monday Modern homesteading and land management farm vlog with some great deer hunting activity, land improvements and our new overall land investing strategy that we have recently changed due to life's never ending changes! We have now decided to sell our recently purchased 38 acre Southern Illinois property, and we are also going to sell our beautiful Kentucky farm so that we can re consolidate our resources closer to home, to build a new VRBO cabin here on our Southern Illinois property as a future investment income so that we can have Sharon retire from her hospital and nursing career so that we can enjoy some life together before it becomes too late! Also in this process we hope to purchase another chunk of property that is very close to our Southern Illinois farm so that we can develop it, improve it and maybe lease it to help other's achieve some dreams in life as well as to bring in some retirement income to help us continue to survive, while we enjoy our country living lifestyle!
