New equipment update! Join me for another fun, and educational episode today coming at you from our Southern Illinois farm. In today's episode I just ordered a Construction Attachments, (new equipment purchase) mini excavator brush cutter. I ordered it from Durattach inc, an equipment dealer who carries equipment made by Construction attachments Inc, out of North Carolina. Today I will go through my new mini excavator equipment decision making process, from start to finish, laying out my rationale for why I picked this mini excavator brush cutter, as opposed to a mini excavator forestry mulcher, or even a Ventrac mower unit. I will also explain why I selected this particular cutter over many other mini excavator brush cutters that were both more expensive, and less expensive. I am always trying to balance using the most heavy duty machine equipment and attachments, with the overall cost of the equipment. We'll also take a look at some Kapper Outdoors historic land clearing and bush hogging video's as I lay out my case on why I chose this very specific, Heavy duty Construction attachments mini excavator brush cutter. I am very excited with this new purchase, and I hope that you stick around the channel to see me put it to use in the near future! The lead time is between 11 and 16 weeks, thanks to all of the supply chain bottlenecks and issues, but at least I ordered it well before spring!
