Tarnished Mod new Items! - tboi Epiphany | Weekly Meat (The Binding of Isaac + Meat Boy News)

The essence of Eden item has been unveiled for the binding of Isaac Tarnished mod, it takes the quality of the items in the room and rerolls them in every new room into another item of the same quality, definitely good for runs where you can take your sweet time and keep re-rolling till you get what you want.
Outside of that there's also co-op compatibility now! Previously only player 1 was able to be a tarnished character while the rest had to choose vanilla ones or characters from other mods.
Now, both you and a friend can be tarnished edgy boys at the same time. Pretty sweet.
