Oklahoma Joe's Rider DLX 1200 Pellet Grill Unboxing and Assembly Alot of you know I had the OG Rider DLX pellet grill and I had a lot of successful cooks with it! This assebly is pretty much the same as the last one but there has been some great upgrades to the new Oklhaoma Joe's Rider DLX 1200 pellet grill! It certainly helps to have an extra hand with this pit. Plan for around 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I am very excited to get the new Rider DLX fired up and check out some of the upgraded features they added!!
