Jasmine Piao Makes A Splash at Richmond Council Meeting

Jasmine Piao, young university student spoke up and out, at a Richmond Council Meeting in March of this year. She talked about the importance of retaining one's private medical history, the struggles her Mom and brother had with mask exemptions and in general, how important it is to create a healthy dialogue between government and the public.
