This video will give us all some hope for for spring and summer! Join us today for another one of a kind Kapper Outdoors vlog as we 'think spring,' from our last summer on our Kentucky farm! In today's episode we have finally 'officially' sold our Kentucky land investment farm! Let's take a random look back at last summer to give us some hope for this spring and summer! Oh, and of course since we sold this Kentucky land on our own without a realtor, we saved about $40,000 which paid for the new 2022 Polaris Ranger Northstar Ultimate crew, and left a few thousand left over to boot!
