Digital TV in the Nizhny Novgorod region before the analogue shutdown

In February 2019, I went to the Nizhny Novgorod region for work, at the same time I decided to shoot the second part of the video about digital TV (the first one is here https://vk.com/video-109381392_456239020). In addition, in the Ulyanovsk region at that time “analogue TV” had already been turned off, and that region had yet to go through this - it was known what problems were encountered in our region. What came of it, I propose to see in the video.
В конце сентября 2018 года я побывал в городе Барыш и селе Загарино Ульяновской области.
Посмотрел, как обстоят дела с приёмом цифрового эфирного ТВ перед отключением аналога и пообщался с жителем одного из сёл.
