My first ever Political Analysis video on social media! Hi, I'm Sarah Holloch-Weingarten and in this video, I analyze California "Free Speech Censorship Bill" ( CA Bill SB-1390 ) - a piece of legislation titled "Social Media Amplification of Harmful Content" that could impact ALL of us in the near future, even if you're NOT Californian.

My new political analysis segment is called "Explaining Right to Left". I left the Left back in 2011... a story for another time.

In this analysis, I explain the bill (which has already passed the California House and is currently in CA State Senate), and provide links and information for viewers who want to monitor this bill.

The bill was written by California State Senator Richard Pan, introduced in February 2022. The California Bill SB-1390 is set for legislative hearing within the next two weeks, currently on the CA Legislative calendar for April 27, 2022.
