A ghost hunter tours the UK visiting the places rumoured to be haunted - and one was so scary they had to leave early.

Tony Ferguson, 37, is a part-time paranormal investigator and has visited many 'haunted' places in the UK.

Tony, from the New Forest, Hampshire, goes with the intention of debunking the rumours - but it is not always possible.

The paranormal expert recalled a visit to the notorious Ancient Ram Inn in Wotton, Gloucestershire on February 28.

It left him convinced the former inn is indeed haunted - in fact "one of the most haunted in the UK".

Tony, who also works as a personal trainer, said: "I was very skeptical, but there were so many things I couldn't explain.

"I am not normally on edge during investigations but this place felt very eerie and sinister.

"I kept seeing this thing floating above us, it seemed to be following us around.

The Ancient Ram Inn is a former inn turned tourist attraction due to its reputation as a paranormal location.

It was home to a man named John Humphries before his death in 2017, and many say was plagued by its 'haunted' nature."I was so shocked by it - I would say it's one of the most haunted places in the UK, by far."
