Utah Historic Termination Day - Termination of Emergency, Revoke Emergency Powers

On July 4th, 1776 the people of the United States exercised their authority and modified their form of government. Britain did not recognize it as valid right away and few Americans knew the historical nature of what had happened until much later, after they learned what had been given to them and how to claim their freedom through their own choices.

On Sep 12th, 2020 The People of Utah exercised their authority under the
Utah Constitution to lawfully modify the government of Utah.

After six months of ignored grievances The People of Utah served a formal notice to the Governor to correct one of the major abuses of his power in mandating child abuse through forced medical treatment in public schools. Utahns gave him three weeks to redress this grievance (correct his mistake) before The People acted on their own authority. After protests lasting eight hours a day for three weeks the governor failed to return to the constitutional limits of his power.

On Termination Day (Sep 12th), The People terminated the state of emergency and revoked the consent of The People to be governed under any emergency powers until a full list of grievances are redressed, that were delivered that day.
