Why are divorce laws more favorable to women?

Any young man getting married or having kids should have his head examined. It is the best way to economic ruin, known to man.

Average length of first marriages: 8 years.
Chances of getting divorced: 42%
Divorce rate for second marriages: 60%
73% for third marriages
90% women are awarded child custody.

Being a divorced male paying support is legal indentured servitude. If a woman chooses not to work and live solely from monies paid from her ex, that’s legally OK. However, if a man choose to not work or is under employed, the courts enforce what they THINK he can earn - who cares if you lost your job, You still have to pay support. Is it any wonder that higher suicide rate are 8X amongst divorced males than females. Numbers don't lie and it feels like it is the only way out.
