How to Advocate in L&D

For men and women, how to advocate in ANY medical setting. This is part 1 of a 3 part video series on how to advocate for oneself, using examples from my experience as a doula and medical freedom advocate. Parts 2 & 3 will focus on the example of cervical exams, but this video discusses general interventions for any gender.
