Teaching kids young about healthy habits and fitness!

Cold water therapy is amazing for the immune system and inflammation in the body, as well as mental toughness, your body is amazing on what it can be put through. It’s the mind that often holds us Back.
I’ve personally found it’s has helped with my overall gut health.

Dyl was happy to join but I wasn’t going to put him in the same temperature of water I was in, he had a warm tub, and he loved it.
Kept going back into the garage to do it again, and was not happy when he seen I had emptied it haha.
