I explain and give my thoughts on key components of the late great Dr. Sebi's legacy. I ground some the info of his legacy with legacy of Dr. Jack Kruse that emphasized the context, environments. I find it super fascinating how he discovered and brought to the world the importance of staying grounded in nature, food's history, to identify where mankind has gone wrong to get us back on the chosen path.
