Poland & Baltics first to be obliterated - Zhirinovsky

We already know that a part of the Ukrainian airforce was transfered to nearby countries, to protect from aviation strikes. Would they allow these aircraft to take off from their territory?

European security rides on Article 5 of NATO - it states that when one state is attacked, the others will come its defence. But in the event of Poland & Baltics' destruction - would the US risk nuclear, mutually-assured destruction?

Insulated by the Atlantic ocean, wouldn't it adopt an isolationist stance? US foreign policy is either interventonist or isolationist, when it has nothing to gain.
