Flags of new Vlasovites spotted in Donbass

The blue & white flags have taken their influence from the Russian Liberation Army. This was a WWII collaborationist formation - Russians, that fought under German command. The army was led by Andrey Vlasov, a Red Army General who had defected. Members of the army were referred to as Vlasovites.

I wonder who could be behind their funding in 2022? On 24 February - Mikhail Khodorkovsky, one who Putin jailed for embezzelment of Yukos funds in the 1990s, founded the "Russian antiwar committee" - under the same flag
