Russian customs officers prevented four brown cubs from being smuggled into Uzbekistan

The shaggy passengers - Zita, Gita, Chuka and Huck - were carried right inside the car, in cages.

According to the driver, the two-month-old cubs were presented to him by a Syzran entrepreneur, and he was already taking them to the Uzbek circus.

Now Zita, Gita, Chuk and Gek are safe, and customs officers are establishing the circumstances of their "relocation".
