These are the questions that a lot of people are asking themselves lately. There is no doubt that since the housing values have grown so much over the last couple of years. What if you sold it? Could I use my home's equity to buy another house? You could definitely cash in.. but what do you do next? Should I sit out the market and rent? What if I moved back in with the parents? What If... you didn't need to sell it in order to buy another house?
