Tokyo Metropolian Gymnasium and Japan National Stadium

Located in the Senagaye neighborhood of Shibuya ward of Tokyo.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium was built in 1956. It was used as the venue for gymnastics at the 1964 Summer Olympics, and will host the table tennis competition at the 2020 Summer Olympics. The gymnasium was rebuilt in 1991 with a futuristic design created by Fumihiko Maki and completed in 1991.

The Japanese National Stadium National Stadium was built in 1958, serving as the main stadium for the 1964 Summer Olympics. This stadium was demolished in 2015. A new stadium is set to be the main venue for the 2020 Summer Olympics
