"Lipstick" - Manitoba rescue with old burns on back | Niagara SPCA Pet Relocation Program

"Lipstick" had suffered what medical staff believe are burns some time ago. The Niagara Pet Relocation Program with the essential support of our generous donors and "Save-A-Dog Network Canada" in Manitoba was able to bring her to Niagara.
