Spatchcocked Smoked Chicken

I love to BBQ and one of the best and easiest things to do, is chicken! This video goes through how I like to do my whole chickens. I spatchcock them, season, and then smoke them for 2-3 hours. I would also normally brine them but I had an issue getting distilled water for my brine on this cook, so I improvised.
