Okinawa Spinach/ Cholesterol spinach scientific name: Gynura crepiides is a great nutritional and medicinal plant to have.

It's Rich in protein, iron, potassium, calcium, vit A.

It has Anti inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
It improves insulin sensitivity in type 2 Diabetes. It supresses hypatic glucise producyion. It inhbits gluconeogenesis in the liver among othee benifits.
