Grounding Guided Meditation To Center And Calm

This guided meditation will help ground and center you using the calming sounds of running water, bird song and singing bowls.

Cast your mind back to the last time you got a static electricity shock when you touched an object. This was a discharge of stored up energy in your body that was escaping to the ground the quickest way possible. Due to the modern, rubber-based or non-grounding materials we wear on our feet, more and more we are losing our connection to the earth. As our negative energy builds up, it has nowhere to escape to, so this simple exercise can be an effective part of your physical and mental well-being.

Some of the signs of being un-grounded are
• Getting distracted easily
• Over-thinking
• Feeling anxious or over-worrying
• Not sleeping well
• Fatigue and general tiredness
• Poor circulation and chronic pain to name just a few

No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply lie back, and follow along.
