N-95 Mask Test - School Board Speech

This was a mask test that I was preparing to give during a “virtual” appearance at a school board meeting, since smoking is obviously not allowed in schools. Since the school board refused to let me into the virtual waiting room (despite registering 2 weeks prior), I decided to drive to the school and attend in person instead.
