Preparations on both sides for the upcoming Rolling Thunder Biker Rally in Ottawa up to April 29th 2022. Parking is also expecting to be unavailable or expensive near the downtown area. The RCMP are expected to ship in hundreds of officers to police the peaceful protestors.
