Thanks to @The Economic Ninja and @Financial Fitness for bringing some of this information to me for the first time, namely the trout and the pigs with encephalitis. I forgot to mention in the video, but don't forget we still have the issue with fertilizer costs skyrocketing and the conflict in eastern Europe which will no doubt also impact our food supply.

I mentioned the pig Encephalitis being in Japan, I was incorrect, the disease is called "Japanese encephalitis", this particular outbreak of concern is happening in Australia:
