“Oh this is my Father’s study,” Salem replied. “These are all his books, and potions.”

“This is a study?”

“Yeah, he studies the occult. He’s a witch, like me, only he’s a guy so we call them Warlocks.”

“So many books,” replied Iris, “and another oculus thingy, a bigger one.”

“Yeah, that’s his personal oculus.”

“And this telescope looking thing? Is that a really big eyeball at the end?”

The eyeball at the end turn toward her and looked at her up and down.

Is it alive?”

“It’s an oculu-scope. It’s like an oculus, but you can see things really far away, not the future. And yeah, it’s alive. It’s very rare.”
